Scheduling and Contact

Calendly
Calendly is a scheduling service widely used to facilitate online connection. When you go to our Bookings page, for instance, you can see an up-to-date calendar (well, hopefully up to date!) of available times for you to select from for us to meet and get to know each other.
When you book an appointment with us using this service, you submit your Name, email, and any optional details you provide. You will get email reminders of the upcoming meeting, and options to cancel or reschedule.

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is, for our purposes, a video conferencing service we use for initial connection with clients.
You may be required to create a Microsoft Account in order to join, and optionally download software – although a browser client is available.
At your request, video calls can be recorded so that you can refer back to what was discussed, or the training that may have occurred. You will see a notification to request permission if that were to happen.
For more information on the privacy practices of Microsoft Teams, please visit their Privacy Terms web page.
ReCAPTCHA
We use an invisible captcha service named reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is operated by Google.
The reCAPTCHA service may collect information from You and from Your Device for security purposes.

Payment Processors
You have an option of paying for our Services via Credit Card, which is processed using Stripe.
Stripe
Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses.
When you, as a client, buy our service online, the funds need to be delivered to us. This is where Stripe comes in. Stripe allows safe and efficient processing of funds via credit card or bank and transfers those funds to the sellers account.
Stripes software includes both a payment processing platform, as well as a credit card payment gateway, and both are required in each successful online transaction– making it the most efficient and simple software to choose for online payments.
For more information on the privacy practices of Stripe, please visit their Privacy Terms web page.
